What impact do different promoters such as CMV, CAG, CAAG, etc., have on the efficiency of viral transductions? My observations are, NOT THAT MUCH! Any inputs?

Would a RFP antibody in principle stain a tdTomato gene expression?

I have a vector that expresses tdTomato and i have a RFP antibody. Would in principle i get a staining. I think i should since it cannot be that different , they have similar spectrum. Thanks

Functional difference between CAG and CAAG promoter!
