Blood from some donors are fatty, after centrifugation an upper layer forms which is difficult to remove, in order to get clean plasma for cfDNA analysis. Any advice? Thanks!

When performing immunohistochemistry and revealing with Novared, signal goes away when I dehydrate the slides. Any advice?

Data sheet from Novared (Vector) says "Prolonged incubation in alcohol or use of alcohol-based differentiating solutions may decreasesensitivity" and "Do not use recycled alcohol with this product".
