When i use filter 340nm to measure enzymes i have to adjust it to zero before usage but it doesn't adjust to zero.

I confused about as the result on ICP is on ppb how to convert it to microgram / gram according to the volume and weight i took in the digested sample

asi took 1 gram of sample digested with nitric acid then completed the volume to 50 ml dand the result was given as 0,5 ppb how to convet it to µg/g
