Zone Heating Unit in HAP Software?

Hello Dear Friends

I run my project with HAP 4.2 software but the problem is that heating load in each hour of each month equals to zero(attached file) in case we should have nonzero quantities for some hours that is cold. Please guide me.

Your outdoor temperature is close to room desired temperature, so with insulation you will have very small heating load. Also, HAP consider lighting and equipment heat loss as heating. So maybe that is being cancelled out. You should not worry heating with these outdoor conditions.
