To determine soybean seed starch content, I am going to use Ethanol (80%) to dissolve soluble sugars and will be discard them. Then amylase and AMG enzymes will be added and then centrifuge. Thus, is this extraction procedure best for analyzing by UPLC-RI detector?If so, what could be the column and mobile phase ? If you have any best suggestion, Please forward me?
