Does anyone possess an X-ray powder diffractogram of anhydrous myricetin? Other forms would also be appreciated, as no crystal structures of the flavonoid are available. If someone needs, I can provide a diffractogram of a monohydrate, which we've already identified.
I do not have it but if the crystal structure is known there are many programs that will calculate une for you
To the best of my knowledge, crystal structure of myricetin has not been reported yet, only dihydromyricetin (refcode SIMVOA) and some other derivatives are known. If the structure of pure myricetin is not in the CSD, then I would be grateful for providing information on its whereabouts ;) Thank you for your answer.

I guess the anhydrous form should be amorphous, and tend to recrystallize into hydrate.
Well, the commercial sample we usually receive is a hydrate, we were even able to grow its single-crystals, though of very weak quality. That form can be dehydrated in ca. 140C, leading to a crystalline material with a distinguishable XRPD plot. I would just like to know if the dehydrated one matches that commercially available anhydrous myricetin, but none of the suppliers are willing/able to provide a powder diffractogram. If the anhydrous myricetin shows sharp and inense XRD plot, XRD refinment may be used to solve the structure. If the anhydrous myricetin is commercially available, why not buy some？
I have experience on another flavonoid. When the sample lose the crystal water(or commercial anhydrous sample), the XRD plot shows broad peaks.
