I am curious about a comparative aspect in particle crystal lattice plane analysis between XRD and SAED/FFT.
The latter one would be more powerful ? Do they Both often require for high quality analysis?

I don't know what HRTEM-SAED/FFT is. If it's a calculation, then XRD would be the most important.
High resolution transmission electron microscopy - selected area electron diffraction (HRTEM-SAED). XRD is preferable unless you need to measure a small (nano-scale) local area.
Since I don't know anything about this, and since I'm retired and am not interested in learning about it, please don't write to me again about it.
