I am using MAUD as my refinement software. I was able to refine my data, however, the intensity and peak positioning are still off and I am not sure how to proceed. I attached an image of my results, data file used, cif file used and the par file of my MAUD settings.

You can do a lot with maud, but unfortunately there isn't a good and reliable manual for it. Here I did some refinement based on my latest project but you need customized it more if you want better results. The way I do the refinement is just a shortcut for you, If you need more refinement let me know to share you some links and sources.

Personally I start with videos, then attached files. Just remember maud is a simple program with a large ability of refining every thing which make it complicated!
