I have some data of magnetite doped by Mn and I analyzed it using GSAS. I got chi square between 1,.... until 2,.... but the plot of fitting (liveplot) not so fit with the data. is there any advice how to fit my data. i got confuse how to make the graph (some peak) to be higher using GU, GV, GW, GP or LX, LY. because I've changed the scale manually but make the chi square higher. thank you
If you have problems with intensities of just some of the peaks, you have either incorrect atomic parameters (coordinates/occupancies) or some preferred orientation. Profile parameters will not change anything.

In my opinion, you should manage to obtain refined profile parameters at first. Sometimes you may run several times just to fit your pattern (GW and LY should be fixed over and over again)
Would you mind to tell me. What will change if I fit GW and LY parameter? Or maybe what's the meaning of GW and LY physically?
GW is about the shape of pattern，LY is about the intensity. When Im doing the fitting process, sometimes GW is the first parameter used, and then LY. Maybe several rounds of GW-LY, your profile looks better. After this, other parameters, like S/L H/L can be added in the fitting process
GW and LY will affect to all the peak right? How about the GV and LX? Are they the same? Or will affect differently to the peak?
GV and LX also affect the peak，but they are not the crucial factors. Other important factors , such as the atomic site and Uiso also affect some peaks.
