I want to know if XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ) can be used to introducing bonds between chemically stabilized clay??

XPS does not 'introduce bonds'. It is a technique for examining the surface chemistry, including composition and oxidation state, of materials. I think you need to rephrase your question.
With respect, Dr Naveen, what has your answer got to do with the posed question? Other than the fact that the word 'clay' is common to both.

XPS is a surface analysis technique which give information qualitatively and quantitatively about elemental composition of solid surfaces
XPS is a technique useful to characterize materials, not to prepare them. XPS does not introduce bonds but can help to determine the material composition, oxidation state of the elements and suppose the different kind of bonds that contribute to an experimental peak.
