2) walfin-Wolfin Waterproofing Systems are a single ply high polymer roofing & waterproofing sheet membrane that are environmentally friendly, recyclable, UV Stable & available in two versions: Loose-Laid (IB) and Bonded (GWSK).
Dig a trench by and around perimeter down to about 0,60 to 0,50 cm below lowest floor level.
Shield with waterproof material the outer face of perimeter's fabrics going above that level.
Protect the waterproof shield (for example, with cm. wire-mesh cement-concrete layer)
Make a +- 20 cm rolling (or clean) stone bed on the bottom of the trench and rest on it a line of drainage pipes around the entire perimeter (connect it to the general drainage siystem).
Cover it whit an additional stone layer; fill the trench… and done.
