'Missing value found in correlation/covariance matrix' showed while running PCA in E-View, any solutions or suggestions on how to solve this problem?

I'm not familiar with the E-views package, but, here are two suggestions:
1. Try the help options given in the User Guide:

2. Check your data to be sure that you have sufficient cases to compute covariances for all variable pairs. It is possible that, in a data set with missing values, a software package defaults to dropping any case with incomplete values for the variable set to be analyzed (so-called listwise deletion).
3. If, by chance, you're using the student version of E-views, you might be running up against the limited variables working capacity of that version.
