First of all I would like to admit that I am not a good photographer. Looking forward to the identification of some spp of Coscinodiscus and Cyclotella growing in the river systems of Sundarban Mangrove Forests of Bangladesh.
I think that Coscinodiscus is probably the best bet. Based upon the images provided, there do not appear to be any of the marginal features for Thalassiosira (spines, fultoportulae) or Actinocyclus (rimoportulae). Cyclotella is definitely out as there is no difference in the medial v. marginal ornamentation pattern.
I think that they are all the same species of diatom. As for the lobes in 4&5 - two possible ideas (and these are very speculative): either (1) the cell have been crushed and this is cytoplasm with cell membrane leaking out [although the chloroplasts appear to be missing] or (2) the lobes remind me of the pseudopodia of amoeba and they may have been engulfed by one (esp #4). I've seen very large Synedra fully engulfed by Paramecium (or something similar) so it wouldn't be out of the question. Also, take a look at this youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Un5TTLA2Vvc) just for comparison.
