The change would be function of parent material alteration and organic matter alteration due to the actions of micro-organisms, climate (temperature and rainfall). Indeed, at a given location and a given time the soil is function of climate, organism, parent material, relief, time and human management. The human management factor usually intervenes through deforestation, fire and cultivation. The human actions have direct effects on soil organic matter and indirect effects , soil micro-organisms.

Yes Dr. Anoop, especially soil texture and particle density are static soil physical properties less affected by storage technique and time. The most dynamic ones are biological properties as stated by Dr. Anoop. So, there will be a great change in soil properties.
