I was supposed to perform an activity test but due to some reason I could not do the test. I already prepared the required sample conc. of 1mg/ml conc. by using methanol(99%). So if I store the sample in refrigerator, upto how many days, I can use it?

Personally I'm not an expert in this field, but I think that you left out an important piece of information in your original question, namely what kind of activity you are interested in. Plant extracts can exhibit e.g. antibacterial and antioxidant activity and the like. I assume that particularly for antioxidant activity measurements the extract should not be stored for too long.
