Hi, Does anybody use CMFDA cell tracker staining together with antibody staining that needs antigen retrieval? My Sox9 antibody staining won't work without antigen retrieval - and when I use abcams Histo Reveal - the CMFDA staining disappears. Is there any way around it or will I need an antibody based background stain? Thanks, Kasia Styczynska.
