Would cardiovascular exercise before doing a high rep, low load resistance training exercise have an impact of type I trainability?

Would pre-exhausting type I muscle fibers through cardiovascular exercise have an effect on training type I MF through resistance training?

Of course type I's are on a continum, and of course you can focus training on type I only. However you can put a certain focus or attempt towards that.

In stead of doing a high rep (40-60+ reps) with low load, what about pre-exhaustion through hand bike and/or rowing machine before doing high rep RT for lets say biceps/triceps or back muscles?

Is there literature about this or are there views on what would happen?

Would endurance exercise not train the type I in metabolic state which would lead to a more tired muscle before the RT is performed? Would it not lead to "faster" mechanical damage?

Many thanks and regards Peter
