In case of omega 3 supplementations and training effects, should there first be a ratio of 1:5 omega 3 to omega 6 before we can assess real effects?

The ratio n-3 to n-6 is not balanced. This would lead to a state of more inflammatory in general.

If effects of omega 3 supplementation are tested, should we not first create a recommended balance of 1:5 before real effects can be measured?
