With regards to Western blotting, Why would some of my samples have signal (using AKT & P-AKT antibodies)?

After the transfer and Incubation periods I exposed my membranes (PVDF) on X-Ray Film using Chemiluminescence. After developing the film only some of the samples had bands/signal.

What could it be, as all the sample has the same protein content of 4g/l?
