When I repeated the work of growth of hBN by placing an alloy containing iron on the blue sapphire substrate at high temperature, it was found that the Raman peaks of regular hexagonal grains grown on the blue sapphire substrate were not hBN, but more like blue sapphire or iron oxide, does anyone know what this is about?

The work which I have been repeating: Article Vapor–liquid–solid growth of large-area multilayer hexagonal...

The Ramanshift of regular hexagonal grains, saphhire & Fe2O3 were shown as below.
