Will COVID-19 effect the availability of international funds for companies in developing countries?

Due to the COVID-19, all type of businesses is facing a recession in this scenario the firms need funds for survival. Does international and national financial markets have enough supply of funds to meet the industries' demand?

I agree, certainly have a negative impact because many countries need money for Covid-19. And source of international fund is from countries.
