I'm currently researching about the possible outcomes of implementing AI in the business model canvas framework. Considering it being such an amazing & simple tool to view & understand the state-of-the-art of a project, I'm worried it might become too complex or lose some of its characteristics/qualities. What do you think?

Consciousness scientists say that consciousness cannot be encoded. It means that artificial intelligence will not possess consciousness. Intuition, no matter how you define it, starts from accumulated knowledge. Knowledge, as information that you control and understand, is possessed by AI, but whether it will be able to develop intuition in decision-making is questionable. I think the question of intuition and AI is uncertain. Therefore, I believe that AI will have a significant impact on the business model. However, people as decision makers will be irreplaceable. They will have to make decisions in the world of AI, just like pilots who find themselves in an unknown situation. They need to have broad awareness and intuition, along with the necessary knowledge (supported by AI), to make correct and quick decisions. This is why education is so important. Future generations should be educated in the direction of developing self-esteem, that is, the knowledge that they are capable of finding a solution for every possible situation. At the same time, they should not worry too much if the solution is not optimal. Mark Twain's words that two things are important, in life seem to be coming to the fore in the world of AI: Self-respect and Ignorance.
AI might speed up the design process of business models, and I imagine it is or will be a part of many business ideas, and therefore, a component of these models. To sum up, I would say AI will have an impact, perhaps a somewhat revolutionizing one, on business model design.
