For my cell line, I was advised to add "

Penicillin-Streptomycin (10,000 U/mL)" (Source: https://www.thermofisher.com/order/catalog/product/15140122 ) to the growth media, with 10% FBS.

Instead I added "Antibiotic-Antimycotic, 100X," which was a readily available antibiotics in the lab. When I checked the components, I noticed that both contain penicillin 10000 units/mL, streptomycin 10000 µg/mL. Will this affect the media too significantly?
