Hi to everyone, for research purpose i have to use A. thaliana plants grown in planters filled with mix peat moss and vermiculite 2:1 and 10 % of perlite, in growth chamber, where temperature is 20.4 ± 1.15 °C and relative humidity 60.55 ± 5.45% this was measured with EL-USB-2 Data logger. The ligth conditions are 245,3 ± 8.32 x 10 lux measured with Tondaj lx1010b luxometer and the lamp is a 400w halide metal VKB. Despite of these grow condition, plants have small size and i think that is result of poor ligth condition, some collaborators recommend me to use a Osram floura lamp but this lamp have the inconvence of increas temperature and another investigators recommend me to use LED light, i will really apreciate if someone could help me with this situation, best regards Manuel Quilodrán.
