What do you mean by "The same punctuations"? is it credit or value?
Both methods share high percentage of distinguished journals.
Recently, the universities Ranking system such as the QS takes in consideration both the WoS [ISI = International Scientific Indexing by Thomson Reuters] and Scopus
From my own experience in publications {I have 60 papers in International journals}, when I write my paper and choose the journal to submit to, really I dont give too much attention if it is Scopus. however, my institute prefere the publicaitons to be recognized by WoS and Scopus.
It will be difficult to find journal that fit the scope of the study and affiliated with both ranking system at the same time. However, Journals under the ISI system with Impact Factors works fine for recognition and ranking purposes.
