Inclusive languages are free of slang, racist, sexist, and prejudiced expressions.To avoid misunderstandings everywhere, we need to use inclusive languages. Only a little effort and our consciousness to embrace the differences of surrounding people are required to be inclusive all the time.

It is a definition that makes little sense.

I believe that inclusive language is a way to distort languages, placing macho accents on words is a mistake.

According to the Royal Spanish Academy

The use of the letter "e" as a supposed mark of inclusive gender is alien to the morphology of Spanish, as well as unnecessary, since the grammatical masculine ("chicos") already fulfills that function as an unmarked term of gender opposition.

But many people, out of political correctness, prefer this deviation rather than speaking or writing correctly, and all of this as a remedy to correct gender inequalities. It would be better to equalize salaries, access to health and education rather than forcing languages with extravagant access.

I prefer more of a laissez-faire approach for words. The word "fuck" for example, has lost its power to offend because it has become ubiquitous (I recently heard it casually dropped in a pedantic TV interview with no one batting an eye). One problem is that many words (e.g. "nigger", "queer") can be used to serve both an inclusive (one of us) and an exclusive (one of them) function, depending on the group or context in which the words are used. And the introduction of so-called inclusive or polite substitute words (e.g. "challenged") has led to those words being used in an exclusive way.

If you look closely at the language used by all educators Dear Dr. @Ildefonso Gustavo Díaz Sandoval, you will find that non-inclusive language is not enough, so the knowledge and skills needed to use inclusive language in the classroom must be implemented, especially as an enhancer of a necessary communication. Taking as a basis the fact that language is constantly evolving, we deduce that language is mostly inclusive, impartial and free of prejudice, since it implies more than a simple substitution of a term of the language for another more appropriate term. The communication principles that promote all justice before the human being call us to listen carefully to people while they share their lived experiences and honor them through their language and our language or through an inclusive language for the well-being of the speakers with measures of exposure to inclusive language in a healing context after applying affective language or focusing on particular categories “deconstructed" to attract attention and putting everything back together hoping for language that is more inclusive and responsive to age, disability, ethnicity, and the gender of the recipient, being at the same time an “inclusive language of style” by also contemplating attitudes related to visual, hearing and mobility disabilities because it must always be a respectful inclusive language and free of all prejudice.

If we are talking about full inclusive language, then we should write everything in Braille as well. You can't force the language because a tiny group of people thought of it. It takes centuries, not months. Inclusion, which many say is about language, but they ignore the real needs of many countries, such as malnutrition, lack of jobs, lack of efficient health system. Therein lies the real inclusion and not changing a letter. But it is easier for many to apply the latter and turn a blind eye to the rest. Besides, I wonder, how many will be able to speak it? if many young people can't even read well when they finish high school? wouldn't it be better to teach reading, writing and mathematics rather than this artificial construction?

It is indeed a complex matter. To talk solely inclusive is an illusion. But what will definitely help is congruency between language and behaviour - as mentioned before. And foremost a kind, humane and restorative society, with institutions that accordingly. But what I witness in my practice is when with utter endeavour, conscious off wording, patients still feel marginalised, stigmatised and judged. In other words, on 'the other end' is pain, suffering and harm that even inclusive lexicon cannot heal. Also the 'excluded' need help to emancipate and treat differences (of self) in a non-judgemental manner ....

One should always try to use inclusive language. However, when that is not possible, one should be assertive, not aggressive.
