Please help me understand what is going on here. I actually extracted DNA from the same person's cheek swab and saliva. Four out of six samples generated only ~2.0ng/ul and the remaining two samples generated around 20-30ng/ul. All the samples were extracted concurrently. Where did I go wrong? Please help.

Thank you Eslam and Mohamed for your suggestions. I asked my colleague to extract the same sample set and the protocol followed was identical to what I followed. She obtained a fairly high yield. So, I am assuming, it comes down to my pipetting and /or pellets getting dehydrated. I am going to redo the extraction in a couple of days and I shall keep the post updated as to what it boiled down to.
