So far the Impact Factor is the only measure for the paper quality. Since it represent s the citations for the work. As you knew A lot of sites represent virtual Journals, receive the paper today and tomorrow accept it and after on day publish it without any revisions. The internet now is filled with massive work most of them are not useful at all. If you want to begin a research work you should directed to the impacted journals that follow with the proper regulations required for publishing instead of using work trivial and losing the time.

How to find virtual Journal ? The fake virtual journals also have ISSN number and impact factor evaluated by any one of the impact factor evaluation wbesites.
