The response recovery curve was obtained at applied potential bias of 0.5 V. The flow rate of the mixture gas maintained over the sensor was 300 SCCM. The measurement was done at room temperature with two electrode system.

Sometimes the electrode is not properly placed and this makes noise. Remove and reattach the electrode.
There may be a problem with the electrode surface.
Also, the solution you dropped onto the electrode you are using may not be fully homogenized.
Also, pay attention to the area where the gas flows in the cell and the flow rate.
