Why there is no neutrophil progenitors in human as Hoxb8cells in mice which can produce neutrophils?

As question above is there any certain reason that makes human neutrophil progenitors which can produce neutrophils unavailable? I only know HL60 cells and people differentiate neutrophils from iPSC and umbilical cord, but not like mice Hoxb8 cells which may provide stable and quantitive neutrophils in good quality, the techniques seem applicable on human as well.
