Why there is no absorption line of Ethylene in Hitran database near 1.63 um?

I read some paper they use the absorption line near 1.63um of Ethylene, but why I can't find this absorption line in the Hitran database?

Dear Colleague, Spectroscopy of the ethylene miolecule is quite complicated and we do not have a very reliable reference line-by-line spectrum in the NIR yet. You can however try to use the PNNL database of cross-sections;
