I have observed that there is need to have a check to ensure that papers authored by the genuine authors may be accounted for in the Research-gate accounts of those authors. For example I have seen following paper has been included under the name of Abdul Khaliq. But I personal know that the original co-author Prof. Dr. Abdul Khaliq (late) has died since 6 years ago. He was full professor and Dean of PMAS Arid University. The Researchgate administration should do something to stop such wrong attachments and remove this publication from the following account.

Thanks for the detailed answers. I would like that RG follows the recommendation of Dr. Stefan Gruner wherein author approval should be must before any addition/deletion/or change etc.
