On  one hand Patients with Complete lobar  agenesis do not survive and die before birth. In contrast some patients with minor  degree of pulmonary lobar agenesis live a normal life and this anomaly is picked up only after autopsy. Only in small percentage of patients  are diagnosed by clinicians. So reported incidence of  Pulmonary lobar agenesis is less than the expected because of its wide range of presentations.

I supone this patinete had an another problem, but for this lung malformation is not problems for life or survival
