India projects an image of a nation churning out hundreds of thousands of students every year who are well educated, a looming threat to the better-paid middle-class workers of the West.
Dear Sir, Getting a Job which shall give Job satisfaction is a challenge and all higher education being present alone does not mean that the job is deserved but the person should be of quality by himself or herself to suit the job with good career perspective ambition. Thanks.
Completing higher education can never guarantee getting a good job because
getting a good job may depend on different factors, two of which might be : 1) the graduates themselves and 2) the officials of each country. First of all, the graduates must evaluate themselves to see if they are able to put the theoretical knowledge into practice or not, and whether they are able to think critically or not.
Also, the officials of a country are responsible to create job opportunities for the graduates.
Our system do not respect its own talent. At the top university recruitment for the post of assistant professors are done by selecting candidates who are having degrees from foreign university. Our system is forget that some top faculties in world's good universities are its national having degrees from here itself. Sometimes before they were the part of this system but because of ignorance they switched outside.
