The composite of Ag-rGO-PANI was prepared and characterized through XRD technique. When the XRD spectra of rGO and PANI were taken separately, a characteristic band appeared but these did not appear in the XRD spectra of Ag-rGO-PANI. I want to know exact reason behind this phenomenon.

please look at the count rates of your spectra;
a) the Ag peaks go up to 10000cts
b) GO and PANI (broad) peaks go up to about 1000 / 3000 cts
c) at a first glance one should see the 1000/3000 cts broad peaks as back ground in your upper spectrum
but
d) you have added Ag: it's atomic number is 47 !!!!;
e) this is hard stuff for Cu K-Alpha radiation (8,0keV) with respect to attenuation.
f) your expected back ground is just significantly reduced due to x-ray attenuation by the Ag atoms you introduced in your sample system.
g) please increase your y-scale; so you will most likely see your GO PANI back ground peaks in your upper spectrum
h) from the amount of the Ag in your sample and how it is arranged in your sample and with respect to your x-ray beam you can estimate the peak height reduction factor of GO and PANI contribution.
Thank you so much Gerhard Martens sir for you keen suggestion. I have seen the spectra of that specific region by changing the Y scale. But I did not get any characteristics peak related to rGO and PANI.

please increase your measurement time significantly (at least 10 times or even much more.). I assume a yery strong x-ray attenuation by the Ag contribution to your sample due to the high atomic number of Ag.
Just a remark: you cannot see a very small but broad peak like that of GO and PANI at a noisy background . Therefore you have to go to larger measurement time, just to increase the signal to noise ratio.
By the way: how much Silver is in your a composite of Ag-rGO-PANI? and how is your sample geometry? - flat plate or cylindrical pin or something else?

While preparing the composite, 1 mL of 3mM aqueous AgNPs solution was added in 10 mL solution of GO and PANI.
The geometry of the sample (AgNPs) is face centered cubic.

taking the data from above the mean Ag density is quite low in your sample. Does the sample segregate? so you might have much stronger Ag density compared the case you aimed at. Is the sample viscosity like that of water or close to oil or even fat? ( Sorry, I havn't got any experience with GO and PANI solution).
My question on sample geometry is related to the geometrical arrangement of the sample in the x-ray beam. What is the extension of the sample in mm, especially it is interesting to know the length of the x-ray beam path in the sample.
