Why the Nyquist plot I have for bare gold electrode in PBS is a linear line?

I ran EIS of bare flat gold electrode in 1x PBS solution, from 500k Hz to 5 Hz. The Nyquist plot displays a linear line about ~50 degree. Isn't this supposed to be a semi-circue? When fitting with electrical model, R-C in series fits much better than randles circuit. What is the good model for gold under PBS?
