Usually I observe that most of the journals in natural sciences have high impact factor as compare to management science. I also observed that impact factor journals are more in natural sciences as compare to management sciences. Even some of my friends at master level publish in natural scienes journals with impact factor two or three or even five. In comparison the top journal such as journal of Finance has impact factor close to 5.What is the possible reason for this? ?
Natural science has more appeal to the public and is less boring lol :)
Impact factor measures how much are papers in a particular journal cited. Papers in natural sciences are simply more cited. You can read more about it the blog below. For example:

Very impressive question, thank you so much Dr. Raza, really it depends on the number of citation for example, the existence of new viruses like Zika virus makes all researchers and research centers highly focusing on such mew phenomenon, so that will increase number of readers to such papers and then of course increasing citation to huge amount, also cancer research centers are also very interesting to many researcher, so you will find cancer research journals are the most rank journals, and do not forget the financial income behind such type of research with my full respect to other topics including management. Because citations of papers published in science journals are comparatively more than the citations of papers published in journals of management.
What about the number of research articles written each year? Do the graduates from business management prefer to join industry instead of doing phd? While in comparison the natural sciences students mostly go for higher studies? Is this also relavent?
I think this is relevant. Many students joining industry means that there is also need for many lecturers, and these lecturers need to publish also. Therefore, many articles in business management are produced just for the sake of publication. This is less of an issue in fields like physics or medicine, where researchers often need to conduct experiments.
