I wanted to insert the FIGURE files through endnote 20, but the image is not showing in the two-column IEEE Journal template. However, the image inserting position is marked as (Figure 1), (Figure 2),..., and so on. Also at the end of the document, it is showing only "LIST OF FIGURES" (and the downside is blank). I have updated the citations by several times through the instant formatting option available in Word add-ins ON and OFF that results in no change.
