Why the FF of my Perovskite solar cell increases with increase in total defect density of absorber layer while other parametera are decreases?

I am simulating lead free perovskite solar cell using scaps, where I got my result that with increase of Nt of my absorber layer all my parameters like Voc,Jsc.Efficiency got reduced while the FF rises. whats the reason?
