As i think deeply, when the body is connecting to the electrical source/conducting material that conduct the electrical current, is it the electron charge flow into the human body and kill/burn the organs?? Is it the electron so harmful??

Electrons are not harmful but the force which makes the electrons to flow makes them harmful. If the amount of forces or power or energy is less then the harm caused will be less and if the source is infinite then you it will be very harmful which will in turn kill / burn the organs.

Electricity can kill in a number of ways.
The heart is regulated by small electric currents. If a current passes across the heart it confuses the normal signals and the heart goes into arrhythmia, hence it stops pumping correctly and death results from lack of oxygen to vital organs.

Another way is if the current is large enough, heating of the body takes place and death comes about through overheating.
The body is quite a good insulator, so to pass enough current a high voltage is needed
I = V/R. 50 mA across the heart causes problems, but strangely enough, a higher current can bring arrhythmia back into normal sync.

Just to add a bit to what Pavan and Paul have discussed rather well, what goes by the name of Personnel Protection is a dedicated sub-area of Electrical Engineering that looks at precisely such aspects.

The harm is stronger for the industrial frequency (50-60 Hz) which we have at home because this is the frequency causing the heart fibrillation, so also a small current (50 mA) can "stop" the heart.
If you consider the resistance of a wet body (in a path from an arm to the other, or from a leg to an arm, passing trough the heart) of 1000 Ohm you can see how even 50 Volts are dangerous at these frequencies!

Harmful (Risk for life) - If the path of electricity to ground has vital organs (Which are very much mandate) Eg. Heart, Brain
Harmless (Injury may happen) - If the path of electricity to ground has limbs or legs alone.
