Gifted student excel easily, so a slight help will put those kids on the top of the world.

they may become a resource person for country. in most of the cases it doesn't happen as gifted student after completing education at their own country either move to develoved country for higher study or better job opportunity. Same thing has already happened in many under developed or developing countries like India.

So, we can say that the value and moral education is important at underdeveloped countries in gifted education...

this is our wrong.. At EPGBU value and moral education is important issue. This matter can be give (educate) with life of distinguished scientists..

Gifted students is a gift for mentor, institution or country, But as a mentor or supervisor we should push every student as much as we can, Why? Just for better tomorrow.

remember it is very immoral to segregate the educational service by level of talent. but we can reward for the achievement.

Of course, it is important that Dear Mohammed said "it is very immoral to segregate the educational service by level of talent" . But it is morally education that it help to student to attain "the most beatiful creation" level (ahsen tagveem) ...

from the perspective of a developing country it becomes important for the economy to invest and nurture the country's human resources. While it is quite evident that gifted children form an important social capital, who can contribute towards the development of the country in different endeavors. Planning for separate educational provisions is equally important for nurturing these talented children, however at the same time having separate educational provisions should not be consider as an elitist initiative as well.
