I am using 6M KOH electrolyte and my active material is Nickel cobalt sulfide/CNT composite on Ni form with Ag/AgCl is reference electrode and Pt mesh is current collector. My question is " CV curves the variation of current is not started from 0 as we can see usually but in my case it seems different why is that? is this is some unusual behavior? what's the possible reason for such behavior? any reference, comment and suggestion will be highly appreciated

for nickel cyclic voltamtery , the current can really depend if you purging KOH electrolyte with N2 or Ar or not purging anything at all , see this references :

Do I get your question right: you are wondering why there is a currentof 0.02 A already at the point where is switch on the cell?
If so, don't be scared about this. When you switch on the cell, the material gets polarised from the potential at the electrodes, which is not zero to the compound, since your "zero potential" is defined by your electrode materials (largely the reference electrode). At the same time, this initial current is quite meaningless, you can also put it to zero if you prefer, by subtracting 0.02 A from the plot.
