I use the active material, conductive agent, PVDF 8-1-1 coated electrode plate, the electrode is SS316L. When I test the charge and discharge 1A / g get the data only 1 ~ 5F / g, but the CV 10mv can get 150 ~ 200F / g. I would like to ask is PVDF is not suitable for charging and discharging in aqueous solution?

PVDF is suitable for use as a binder in aqueous electrolyte and has been used in many studies, e.g.:

It would be useful if you could show us your CV and GCD plots as the capacitance difference between the two measurements is indeed very large.
