I’ve been working at a Material studio for the last couple of months. But recently I encountered an issue that the status file doesn’t popup after running the CASTEEP calculation. I’ve seen that the status file normally shows 2-5 minutes later the calculation has begun.

(I’ve been using a remote desktop pc. The configuration of the pc is attached to this post.)

Another issue is, you already knows that, when a CASTEEP calculation is in progress, you’ll find casteep.exe application running on the ‘task manager’.

But I didn't see these casteep.exe in the task manager. Time goes on ... .but my calculation is stuck in the same place.

To solve this problem, a couple of times I uninstalled the software but the problem remained the same.

What can I do now?
