You did not write what you extracted, under what conditions, from which seaweed,the diameter of the dots.
i prepared seaweed named turbinera Nano powder by using ball mill , the diameter of dots is about 50 nm

In the first question, you wrote that you obtained nanoparticles by extraction and observed them in an algae extract. In the second answer, you write that you obtained nanoparticles by processing in a ball mill. Studies show that it is impossible to obtain such sizes of nanoparticles in a ball mill.
You may have experimented with this. First, the algae were processed in a mill, then the powder was extracted, the solvent was removed, and then the dried precipitate was examined. What device were you looking at? It is possible that nanoparticles of ball mill material appeared after a long dry operation of the ball mill.

Hello Dr. Amal may be this from electron beams its self if you spoke about distributed spot transparent appear in TEM micrographs. Sometimes this spot appear during examine NPs.
