i prepared initially by precipitation method and on heating at 600 oC these turned brown powder and showed good reducing property. Two week later i prepared and heated at same condition,but this time these turned black and show no reducing property. i followed prepartion method of attached paper.kindly, suggest me some hints

I agree with Chaman, I think you might have accidentally oxidised your sample. Alternatively, your annealing furnace might have become contaminated in those two weeks.

I do not think that oxygen would turn Sn nanoparticles black, but instead I would suggest SnS may have formed. Why don't you run XPS?
