I am running a comparitively large simulation, with sampling time of 1e-6s.
I am not logging any data, however using many scopes.
Although simultion completes 100%, however, while "Terminating" (written on left bottom corner), it takes more time then the actual simulation time. Is there any way to cope with this issue?

When we run the simulation on Simulink then it utilizes one in the simulation engine. Moreover, the processor speed and memory are also key factors behind this issue. Try you use another ode solver and change the step size. If you are facing an issue that takes a long time then try to run the simulation without logging data.
This might be a processor speed issue, similar to most running processes. For example, if you exit a program and still see it, it means the task has been completed but you are still viewing it on the screen while waiting for a processor to terminate well.
