Literature shows inconsistency on the effects of 'underdog expectations' and 'employee performance'. There is also strong suggestion to conduct further research. in this contexts, I am empirically measuring the mediating effects of sense of nothing to lose on the link between underdog expectations and new venture performance in a developing country.

- other variables to add? name a few and why do you think so?
