Let's say you are a vegetarian who does not eat meat for ideological reasons (e.g. you recognize their right to live; you do not want them to suffer). And you are dealing with the following situation: Cats living in the wild come to your garden and demand feeding. You feed them with different delicacies since, as a rule, you love animals and think it's your duty. As a reward, the cats bring you and put in front of the garden door gifts - mice, voles, birds killed by them. It is possible that you contribute to the death of other animals. What should you do? Won’t you feed the cats anymore?
As for Rubén Corvalán’s remark, my question is based on a real dilemma. Those cats prefer food given to them by the owner of the property. And this food does not contain meat. Killing animals they do not eat seems to be instinctive to them, and perhaps is also fun.
As for Dennis Mazur's question, I did not mean people, just animals other than us. But the point is good since our main question can be asked about people as well. Thinking about answering that new question, it may be easier to find answers to the old one.
