I prepared perovskite (FAMAPbIBrCl) on top of a compact TiO2 layer and spin-coated spiro on top of it. I kept film samples in a desiccator for the oxidation of spiro. within 12hr samples turn white from the dark brown. what is the possible reason and how to avoid this. Humidity is ~55% and temp ~25C.

You should put your films inside a glovebox filling with an inert gas environment to avoid your samples oxidation. A desiccator is not good for the purpose what you use for.
Hello Goutam Kumar Gupta i faced similar problems with perovskite degradation by overexposure in humidity. 55% is too much , two hours of exposure in this ratio is enough to damage your sampes. According to my experience there are two possible oxidation scenarios without affecting perovskite. 1) exposure of pristine spiro (without electrode on top ) for 12 hours in 20% humidity in a desiccator with silica gel or in a dry box ( humidity below 20% but with dry air as inert gas , N2 can not be used because oxygen is also a crucial factor for proper spiro oxidation) 2) Exposure of full device (after evaporation) for 48 hours in 20% RH , oxygen enviroment.
